SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is received, an email will be sent containing order and shipping information. Non-gift sets ship through US Postal Service Priority Mail at a $9 flat rate. Each gift set order ships through US Postal Service Priority Mail at a $12 flat rate.
Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. This process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
30 Day Money Back Guarantee. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Hands of Love. If you are not satisfied with any item that you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price.
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. Email us and attach your original receipt with the shipping & tracking information. Please provide the reason for the return. All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit.
Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
